  • 1. Inspection Before Use

    – Check for surface defects (scratches, plating damage) and dimensional consistency before assembly.

    – Ensure the pin diameter matches the hole size of the connector housing to avoid loose fit or assembly difficulty.


    2. Assembly Process

    – Align the tapered tip with the connector hole and insert gently to avoid bending the pin.

    – Use moderate pressure to press the pin into the housing until the knurled section is fully embedded, ensuring a secure anti-loosening fit.

    – Avoid excessive force during insertion to prevent deformation of the pin or damage to the housing.


    3. Wiring & Soldering

    – For crimping applications: Use a precision crimping tool to attach wires to the pin tail, ensuring a stable electrical connection.

    – For soldering applications: Use low-temperature solder (≤260℃) to avoid damaging the gold plating layer, and clean residual flux after soldering.


    4. Environmental & Storage Notes

    – Store pins in a dry, dust-free environment (temperature: 15–30℃, humidity: ≤60%RH) to prevent oxidation of the gold plating.

    – Avoid exposure to corrosive gases or liquids (e.g., acid, alkali) to maintain conductivity and appearance.


    5. Safety Precautions

    – Wear anti-static gloves during handling to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage to electronic components.

    – Do not use the pin beyond its rated current/voltage to avoid overheating or electrical failure.
