A high-precision gold-plated male/female pin & socket set, designed for stable signal and current transmission. Composed of a solid male pin and hollow crimp-type female socket, it is widely used in high-reliability scenarios including automotive electronics, industrial automation, new energy systems, and aerospace equipment, ensuring seamless and secure electrical connections.
  • Superior Conductivity: High-quality copper alloy (brass/phosphor bronze) base with precision gold plating, ensuring low contact resistance, no signal interference, and stable transmission even in complex environments.
  • Anti-Loosening Design: Step-shaped structure and ±0.01mm dimensional tolerance lock firmly into connector housings, preventing loosening or rotation under vibration, shock, or repeated plugging.
  • Easy Assembly: Tapered male pin tip and hollow female socket design enable quick, accurate insertion; Customizable Specifications: Fully adjustable pin diameter (1.0~2.5mm), length (15~40mm), gold plating thickness (0.2~1.0μm), and socket size to match various connector designs.
  • Durable Performance: Gold plating ensures anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance; withstands ≥10,000 mating cycles, adapting to harsh industrial and automotive operating environments (-40℃ ~ +125℃).
  • 1. Pre-Assembly Preparation:


    Inspect for surface defects (scratches, plating damage, deformation) and ensure male/female size matching.

    Verify pin/socket size matches the connector housing hole to avoid assembly issues.

    Prepare tools: precision crimping tool, low-temperature solder (≤260℃), anti-static gloves, cleaning cloth.


    2.Crimping (Recommended):


    Strip wire insulation (2~3mm) without damaging conductors.

    Insert stripped wire into the hollow female socket, aligning with the side hole.

    Use a precision crimping tool to compress the socket, ensuring a tight bond (avoid over-crimping).


    3.Soldering (Optional):


    Insert stripped wire into the socket’s side hole.

    Use low-temperature solder (≤260℃) to secure the connection; wipe residual flux after soldering.


    4.Assembly into Connector Housing:


    Align the pin/socket’s step section with the housing groove.

    Gently press until it locks into place (listen for a “click”)—do not use excessive force.


    5.Mating & Disconnection:


    Mating: Align male pin with female socket, insert smoothly for full contact.

    Disconnection: Pull straight back—avoid side stress to prevent pin bending.


    6.Storage & Maintenance:


    Store in dry, dust-free environment; avoid corrosive gases/acids.

    Regularly inspect for plating damage or loose connections; replace defective parts promptly.


    7.Safety Precautions:


    Wear anti-static gloves to prevent ESD damage to sensitive components.

    Do not exceed rated current/voltage to avoid overheating or failure.

    Keep away from children; avoid ingestion or improper handling.
